TVB offers two levels of membership.
Regular Members include commercial television broadcasting stations, station sales representative companies and television program syndicators. Initial membership duration is eighteen (18 months), with an automatic renewal until cancelled. Membership may be terminated by either party with ninety (90) days written notice. Termination is effective at the end of the notice period, or the end of the calendar year, whichever is later.
Membership rights include full access to and use of TVB resources, invitations to TVB conferences and seminars, and the right to be nominated and elected to various TVB committees and/or the Board of Directors of the Association.
Membership dues for stations are based on ratings. Membership dues for sales representative companies are based on billing. Program syndicators dues are based on a flat fee. Please contact hope@tvb.org for membership dues quotes.
Associate Members
Firms, partnerships, organizations or corporations (including lawyers, financial analysts, certified public accountants and other members of learned professions) may qualify for Associate Membership. TVB retains the right to deny membership to any applicant.
